HENDERSON, Nev. -- Just released surveillance video shows a brazen robbery at Ben Bridge Jewelry at the Galleria Mall this weekend. In the video, you can see how quickly the armed gunmen were in and out of the store.
The video shows three thieves pulling off the smash and grab heist in less than 30 seconds. The first suspect ran into the store masked and armed with a gun already pulled out. Two other suspects followed.
The suspects go over to a counter full of expensive watches and Rolexes, use a hammer to break the glass, and then grab as much as they can before running out of the store.
"They knew what they were doing. They've probably done it before. They had the right number of people -- there wasn't too few too many -- and they pulled it off. I don't want to sound like I admire these guys, they did it very well. They were in, they were out, they got away very clean, and that's what every robber wants to do," said Dennis Kirkpatrick with Exclusive Protection.
Kirkpatrick has 15 years of security experience and is director of operations for Exclusive Protection. The company works with high-end jewelry stores like Ben Bridge.
Henderson Police released the security video, but investigators offered no new information about the case.
